Broadcasting the Blues: Live from Germany to Sweden celebrates the centenary (1925-2025) of the “King of the Blues” B.B. King and is the first official release of two concerts recorded live for the “Swing In” TV show on January 19, 1968 and broadcast on WDR in Germany, and at the Stockholms Konserthus in Sweden on October 29, 1973 and broadcast on Swedish television (SVT).

This is an official release in cooperation with the B. B. King Estate and Reelin’ In The Years Productions, and was transferred from the original tapes and restored and mastered by Matthew Lutthans at The Mastering Lab.
